Role Overview
Top of the Top Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist, referred to in the description as a QA Officer.
The role focuses on quality control for real estate lead handling, agent performance, CRM records, and customer interactions.
Workplace
- The work location is in person at Global Tower on Electra Street in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of lead handling by real estate agents.
- Track lead allocation, follow-up activities, and conversion rates through the CRM system.
- Audit calls, WhatsApp conversations, emails, and client interactions for compliance with company standards.
- Ensure leads are contacted within the required response time.
- Monitor agent performance against response time, follow-up quality, appointments booked, and deal conversion KPIs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.
- Work with Sales Managers to improve agent productivity and lead conversion.
- Ensure CRM records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Investigate missed opportunities, lost leads, and customer complaints.
