About the Role
NMDC Dredging & Marine seeks a QA/QC Engineer to implement and monitor quality control systems for dredging and marine projects. Responsibilities include preparing project plans, coordinating inspections, and ensuring compliance with standards.

- Assist to prepare project specific plans and procedures for review and approval by senior colleagues
- Ensure that only project quality procedures and applicable standards and specifications are available at the job location
- Coordinate with field inspection and construction teams to ensure project quality control systems and plans are applied
- Ensure collation and logging of daily QC data on QA/QC dashboard
- Follow up with field inspection team to ensure timely resolution of nonconformities and implementation of corrective action plans
- Monitor the inspection activities, ensure daily work activities are carried out within project timeframes and according to set standards
- Review and follow up non conformance identified during inspections
- Ensure proper documentation of QC inspection activities is progressively produced and compiled
- Perform specific assigned tasks by lead discipline engineers in development of welding and NDT procedures
- Compliance with HSE policies, processes, procedures, and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- ISO 9001 2015 Certification
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience in dredging and civil marine projects

About the Role
- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Quality Control and Inspection systems across the company and projects to ensure that projects are executed in strict compliance with contractual requirements and international codes and standards.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is a must.
- ISO 9001 2015 Certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 05 years of related work experience in dredging and civil marine projects.
