Responsibilities
- Follow and maintain company quality standards under the company quality system.
- Develop and implement quality standards for new products.
- Monitor installation and conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products against specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers on project controls and improvements.
- Review codes, specifications, processes, and technical documentation.
- Close client non-conformance reports and site observation reports.
- Prepare inspection requests, Inspection Test Reports, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, and Risk Assessments.
- Coordinate with client quality personnel and independent laboratory representatives.
- Maintain quality records and ensure personnel understand relevant quality requirements.
- Conduct required inspections and tests and report project non-conformances.
- Stop unsafe and substandard work activities.
Requirements
- Follow and maintain company quality standards in accordance with the company quality system requirements.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products against quality specifications.
- Develop and update Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, and Risk Assessments.
- Prepare and verify inspection requests, checklists, and quality records for consultant approval.
- Coordinate with client quality personnel and independent laboratory representatives.
- Ensure personnel understand applicable quality requirements and documentation.
- Ensure appropriate supervision for work activities so quality operations are effectively covered.
