Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah for a QS Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
The role involves coordinating and managing MEP services, preparing cost estimations, conducting quantity take-offs, and ensuring project compliance with quality and safety standards.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with design and construction teams and maintaining efficient communication with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Plumbing and "Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)" services
- Proficiency in MEP Coordination and Building Services
- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing quantity and cost estimates
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in MEP quantity surveying is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams
