About the Role
Target Engineering is seeking a highly experienced Electrical & Instrumentation QC Inspector for major EPC oil & gas developments. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering and 5-10 years of E&I QC inspection experience in oil & gas EPC projects.

Responsibilities
- Perform inspection and testing of electrical and instrumentation installations across EPC project phases
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards (IEC, ISA, NEC, etc.)
- Review and verify Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and QA/QC documentation
- Conduct site inspections, surveillance, and witness testing (cable installation, termination, loop checks, grounding, MCCs, panels, instruments, etc.)
- Raise and track non conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and commissioning teams to resolve quality issues
- Support pre commissioning and commissioning activities
- Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in E&I QC inspection within oil & gas EPC projects
- Experience with inspection of cables, trays, JB installations, panels, instruments, and control systems
- Familiarity with ATEX/IECEx requirements is a plus
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
- Certifications such as CSWIP, BGAS, CompEx, or equivalent are advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and layouts
- Strong attention to detail and excellent reporting skills
- Strong knowledge of international standards (IEC, ISO, ANSI, etc.)

Your Role

What We’re Looking For
