Job Summary
QA/QC / Technical Coordinator responsible for construction quality, technical documentation, inspections, material approvals, and project communication.
The role supports smooth project execution and compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Implement the Project Quality Plan and company QA/QC procedures.
- Inspect ongoing works against approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare Inspection Requests, Material Inspection Requests, and related documentation.
- Track quality issues, Non-Conformance Reports, corrective actions, records, checklists, inspection reports, and test reports.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients.
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate approved shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Control document revisions and ensure only current approved documents are used on site.
- Liaise with project engineers, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assist with technical issue resolution, design clarifications, project close-out, as-built documents, and handover packages.
