- Lead and manage QA/QC activities for the QXY Project, ensuring compliance with project specifications and QCS
- Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and protocols in line with international standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction activities and identify potential quality issues
- Review and approve contractors' QA/QC plans and ensure their implementation on site
- Maintain effective communication with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and equipment
- Conduct root cause analysis for non conformances and implement preventive measures
- Prepare and submit comprehensive QA/QC reports, including non conformance reports and corrective action plans
- Stay updated with latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in QA/QC
- Provide training and support to project teams and contractors on QA/QC processes and requirements
Requirements
- Strong understanding of construction processes and ability to ensure compliance with project specifications, Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), and contract requirements
- Experience in managing QA/QC activities for road and infrastructure projects
- Ability to develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and protocols in line with international standards
- Experience conducting site inspections and audits
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview
- The QA/QC Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all quality assurance and control activities for the QXY Project.
