- Oversee and ensure adherence to quality control plans, specifications, and project requirements throughout construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and workmanship to identify and address non-conformances promptly.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices and project-specific needs.
- Manage and maintain all quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action records.
- Provide training and guidance to construction teams on quality control standards and procedures, promoting a culture of quality.
- Review and approve shop drawings, submittals, and other project documentation to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular quality control reports to project stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
