Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time.
- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3–4 years of relevant UAE construction experience.
- Strong experience in structural works and high-rise buildings.
- Hands-on experience with post-tensioning works is required.
- Good knowledge of finishing works and quality inspection procedures.
- Previous building handover or project completion experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation and construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement QA/QC procedures for structural and finishing works.
- Conduct inspections against approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and project quality standards.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor post-tensioning, structural, and finishing activities.
- Prepare inspection requests, checklists, NCRs, and other QA/QC documentation.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and closure of quality-related observations.
- Support high-rise building handover and completion activities.
- Assist with snagging, de-snagging, testing, inspections, and final handover documentation.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,304.72 to AED 6,000 per month.
