Position Overview
The position is Project Engineer - Civil based in Dubai, UAE.
The role requires at least five years of experience in a similar role and focuses on construction project supervision, coordination, compliance, and delivery through handover.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university or college.
- At least five years of experience as a project engineer, site engineer, civil engineer, or equivalent role in Dubai.
- At least five years of experience in the UAE building construction field.
- At least five years of AutoCAD experience.
- Valid Dubai G+4 or G+12 licence.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, GIS, AutoCAD, and other software.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, steel structures, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent project management, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction activities at the site through handover while ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and verify engineering and design compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to support timely completion.
