Job Summary

Location and Work Arrangement

• Location: Dubai, UAE.
• Work location: In person.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and statutory requirements.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, resources, and schedules.
• Lead site teams and supervise engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and present updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain quality, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
• Resolve technical issues, risks, and conflicts and control project costs.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and government authorities for approvals and permits.

Requirements

• Valid Dubai Municipality License G+12 or G+Unlimited is mandatory.
• Minimum 6 years of building construction experience within Dubai.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience managing high-rise or large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, local construction laws, and approval processes.
• Leadership, communication, team management, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera or MS Project.

Preferred Skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Client interaction and long-term relationship-building experience.
• Cost control and contract management experience.

Compensation

• Pay: AED 10,000 to AED 15,000 per month.
