About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure that all dimensions and embedments are followed as per drawings
- Communicate with designers for clarity on any conflicts
- Follow issued RFI and provide comments
- Monitor that comments are rectified
- Represent the department for joint inspection with consultant, clients etc.
- Enhance process to improve efficiency
- Conduct RCA for all NCR’s
- Monitor implementation of CAR’s
- Make sure that only approved materials are utilized
- Clarify any project arrangements that require to be executed
- Raise any quality concerns that will be encountered to avoid repetition
- Report any non conformity and observation including the required RCA
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
- 4 to 6 Years of work experience
- Competency in Quality Compliance, Quality Metrics, Quality Tools and Techniques

Job Purpose
- Follow quality processes to help ensure that products / projects meet required standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
- Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures, assist with inspections and audits, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and work with cross functional teams to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and contribute to ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Key Accountability Areas
- Drawing Conformity: Ensure that all dimensions and embedment’s are followed. Communicates with designers for clarity on any conflicts.
- Inspection Compliance: Follow issued RFI and provide comments. Monitor that comments are rectified. Represents the department for joint inspection with consultant, clients etc.
- Contributes to Continuous Improvements: Enhance process to improve efficiency. Conducts RCA for all NCR’s. Monitor implementation of CAR’s.
- Project Execution conformity: Make sure that only approved materials are utilized. Clarify any project arrangements that require to be executed. Raise any quality concerns that will be encountered to avoid repetition.
- Documentation: Reports any non conformity and observation including the required RCA. Follows the required corrective action needed for implementations.
Academic Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Any relevant field
- Work Experience 4 to 6 Years
- Technical / Functional Competencies: Quality Compliance, Quality Metrics, Quality Tools and Techniques
