Role purpose
Lead long-term procurement strategy and short-term execution for marketing ATL/BTL, co-pack services, and related business spend.
Deliver value, cost transparency, innovation, supply continuity, quality compliance, speed to market, and risk mitigation.
Procurement scope and strategy
- Manage end-to-end procurement for media, creative and digital agencies, production, promotions, events, activations, POS materials, research, merchandising, co-packers, contract manufacturers, and packaging converters.
- Define sourcing models, supplier panels, co-pack capacity strategies, commercial models, contract structures, and three-year category roadmaps.
- Profile suppliers and markets through capability, compliance, quality, capacity, onboarding, and segmentation reviews.
Market intelligence and optimization
- Track market intelligence covering media inflation, agency remuneration, production costs, digital marketing, shopper activation, POSM, co-pack capacity, packaging innovation, lead times, and competitor practices.
- Identify value opportunities through consolidation, media optimization, specification improvement, bundling, make-versus-buy analysis, yield improvement, waste reduction, and total cost evaluation.
- Track pulp, resin, and aluminum indices to anticipate packaging cost changes and secure volume pricing.
