Role Overview
Manage day-to-day purchasing requirements for branches, events, F&B, maintenance, office, and operational activities.
Ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle purchase requests and prepare purchase orders.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate rates and terms.
- Coordinate material deliveries to branches and the warehouse.
- Purchase F&B, cleaning, maintenance, party, office, and operational supplies.
- Maintain supplier records and procurement documents.
- Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Branch teams on purchases and payments.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up with suppliers.
- Support procurement for new branches and events.
- Ensure purchases follow company policies and approval procedures.
- Check warehouse stock availability and prepare quotations based on available stock.
- Review sales quotations and negotiate with the sales team based on stock, size, color, quality, and quantity.
- Obtain approval for additional purchases and confirm approved quotations with the sales team.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement is required.
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills are required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and purchasing processes is required.
- Experience with retail POS systems, inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and procurement planning is required.
Preferred Experience
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Experience in kids entertainment, hospitality, F&B, retail, or leisure is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–3,200 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
