Role Overview
Support the smooth and successful execution of outdoor events at parks, corporate events, off-site venues, and branches.
Provide excellent customer service while helping keep event areas safe, organized, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup, execution, and dismantling of outdoor events.
- Welcome and assist children, parents, and guests professionally.
- Conduct and support games, activities, entertainment, and event programs.
- Perform party host, face painter, mascot, activity facilitator, or other event roles as assigned.
- Handle event equipment and materials properly and maintain the event area.
- Coordinate with event leadership and assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Follow health, safety, operational, and work-rest guidelines and report concerns promptly.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, confident, energetic, active, and team-oriented approach.
- Comfort working at outdoor events with flexible working hours.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Responsible, punctual, well-groomed, and professional conduct.
- Willingness to work at different outdoor event locations and branches.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Party hosting, face painting, mascot performance, games, or children's activity skills are advantageous.
- Previous experience in events, entertainment, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,300 to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person at outdoor events and related venues.
