Job Description
The employer is seeking an HR Executive to manage HR operations and government relations.
The role supports employee services and compliance with UAE labour and immigration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, interviews, offers, onboarding, and employee records.
- Handle payroll, attendance, leave, contracts, and final settlements.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR documentation.
- Process employee visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards, cancellations, and renewals.
- Handle government applications and portals including MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, TAMM, and ADGM.
- Support trade licence renewals, permits, and government approvals.
- Manage health insurance enrolment and renewals.
- Coordinate staff training, engagement activities, and employee welfare.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and Emiratisation requirements.
- Prepare regular HR and PRO reports while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- Immediate availability to join is required.
- 2–4 years of UAE HR and PRO experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, immigration, and government processes is required.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR operations is required.
