Role Overview
The Purchase and Procurement Officer manages day-to-day purchasing for branches, events, F&B, maintenance, office, and operational activities.
The role focuses on competitive pricing, quality, timely delivery, stock availability, and compliance with company approval procedures.
The position requires an immediate joiner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily purchase requests and prepare purchase orders.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate rates and terms.
- Coordinate timely delivery of materials to branches and the warehouse.
- Purchase F&B, cleaning, maintenance, party, office, and operational supplies.
- Maintain supplier records and procurement documents.
- Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and Branch teams regarding purchases and payments.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up with suppliers.
- Support procurement requirements for new branches and events.
- Ensure purchases follow company policies and approval procedures.
- Check warehouse stock availability and prepare quotations based on available stock.
- Review sales quotations before they are communicated to customers.
- Coordinate with sales on stock availability, size, color, quality, and quantity, and obtain approval for additional purchases when needed.
Qualifications Required
- 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Experience in kids entertainment, hospitality, F&B, retail, or leisure is an advantage.
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and purchasing processes.
- Experience with retail POS systems, inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and procurement planning.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000–AED 3,200 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
