Responsibilities
- Handle purchasing activities including RFQ, purchase order creation, and supplier follow up
- Manage stores material receiving and submit GRN to accounts
- Attend purchasing related audits and meetings with suppliers
- Negotiate with suppliers on delivery time, discount, and payment terms
- Search for new suppliers and manage supplier registration
- Prepare price comparisons and maintain purchase records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
- 3 5 years of experience in a similar purchasing role
- Experience in international purchase
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Proficiency in English

- Handling Purchasing
- Stores material receiving
- Submit GRN to accounts
- Attend purchasing related audit
- Attend meeting with suppliers
- Handling petty cash procurement
- Transportation request from logistic dept
- Send RFQ & collect quotes
- Purchase requisition creation
- Item code creation
- Purchase order creation
- Approval request & follow up with accounts
Additional Responsibilities
- Give feedback on LPO concerns
- Delivery follow up with supplier
- Pre payment request from accounts
- Preparing price comparison
- Payment follow up with accounts
- Search new suppliers for procurement
- Supplier registration & get approval from QC
- Request supplier creation from accounts
- Update approve supplier list
- Filing all purchase orders along with quotes
- Negotiation with suppliers
- MTC/DO/Invoices reconcile for QC/Accounts purpose
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
- Experience in international purchase
- With 3 5 years of experience in similar position
- Preferable to have a previous experience in Manufacturing, FMCG or Automotive industry
- Experience and good knowledge of the market
- Knowledge of English language
- Knowledge of ERP systems
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties
- Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing
- Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively
- Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required
- Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes
