Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant)
- Valid PMP certificate
- Minimum 5 years of operation planning experience in the role of Project Manager with prior exposure to the UAE and ADNOC
- Experience in Oil and Gas sector or EPC contracting, preferably with ILI exposure
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office and PM software at an intermediate level
- Fluency in English
- Ability to travel extensively

Overview
- PipeCare Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee in line inspection projects.
- The general role for Project Manager includes managing the PipeCare operational projects in Middle East.
- PipeCare operational projects involve mobilization of resource to Oil & Gas fields, servicing pipelines, arranging field surveys and verifications, demobilization, and reporting.
- The candidate will lead a project team, producing, executing and controlling the project budget.
- The Project Manager is responsible to deliver the project in accordance with the contractual Scope of Work, on time, on budget and achieve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities
- Contract review
- Planning and coordination of activities
- Ensuring all project related info is entered in ERP
- Plan internal and external KOM
- Place all necessary requests and check with RM on resource
- Review assigned budget from sales
- Request site assessment
- Request RM, TM, Log(supply chain) & DA for their services and agree on dates
- Request Task to RM, TM, LOG, DA
- Create Purchase requisitions when required
- Job Safety Analysis
- Have a briefing meeting with relevant parties when required internally
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or relevant)
- Valid PMP certificate (is a must)
- Min 5 years of operation planning experience in the role of Project Manager with prior exposure to the UAE and ADNOC
- Experience in Oil and Gas sector or EPC contracting, preferably with ILI exposure
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office and PM software at an intermediate level
- Fluency in English
- Ability to travel extensively

Physical and Mental Requirements
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells
- Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively
- Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively
- Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection
- Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off site locations when necessary
