About the Role
PIPECARE Group is looking for an experienced Electronics Technician to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic products and field returns. The role involves working with schematics, soldering, calibration, and pressure testing.

Responsibilities
- Assemble products to schematics and/or design specifications using testing equipment and hand tools
- Test, troubleshoot and repair completed products and field returns
- Assemble experimental circuitry or complete prototype models according to design and engineering instructions
- Operate drills or other machine tools to fabricate parts
- Enter daily reports into ERP system
- Conduct pressure testing
- Perform soldering and preparation of external and internal electronics
- Wind coils and prepare tool accessories
- Test software and hardware
- Calibrate tools
- Test incoming PCBs
- Prepare for R&D and internal projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of work experience
- Basic knowledge and experience in electronic instrumentation and measurements
- Good experience of soldering, calibration and testing on electronic PCBs & equipment
- Attention to detail, quality focus
- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to wear safety equipment as required

Key Responsibilities & Authorities
- To follow written and/or verbal instructions assemble products to schematics and/or design specifications using a variety of Testing equipment, hand tools including some precision soldering techniques.
- To test, troubleshoot and repair completed products and field returns as required.
- To assemble experimental circuitry or complete prototype model according to design, engineering instructions, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components.
- To operate drills, or other machine tools to fabricate parts, such as coils or other electronics section’s related parts.
- To enter daily report in to ERP.
- Mold Crab, Flap, Connectors, etc.
- Maintain work areas in a neat and tidy manner in line with HSE standards.
- To conduct pressure testing.
- Soldering and Preparation of External and Internal Electronics.
- Winding of Coils, Preparation of Tool Accessories.
- Testing of soft wares and hardware.
- Molding using MS1000.
Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 5 years of work experience.
- Basic knowledge and experience in electronic instrumentation and measurements.
- Attention to detail, quality focus.
- Good experience of soldering, calibration and testing on electronic PCBs & equipment.
- Stress resistant.
- Good verbal communication skills (in English – desirable).
- Creative, critical and curious.
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
- Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
- Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
- Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.
- Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes to perform office duties and travel to off site locations when necessary.
