Responsibilities
- Assemble products to schematics and/or design specifications using testing equipment and hand tools
- Test, troubleshoot and repair completed products and field returns
- Assemble experimental circuitry or complete prototype models according to design and engineering instructions
- Operate drills or other machine tools to fabricate parts such as coils or other electronics section related parts
- Enter daily reports into ERP system
- Maintain work areas in a neat and tidy manner in line with HSE standards
- Conduct pressure testing
- Perform soldering and preparation of external and internal electronics
- Wind coils and prepare tool accessories
- Test software and hardware
- Perform molding using MS1000
- Calibrate tools and test incoming PCBs
Requirements
- Experience in electronics assembly, testing, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read schematics and design specifications
- Proficiency in using testing equipment and hand tools
- Precision soldering skills
- Ability to assemble experimental circuitry or prototype models
- Knowledge of electronic systems and components
- Ability to operate drills or other machine tools to fabricate parts
- Experience with ERP systems for daily reporting

Job Overview
- Pipe Care Group is looking for an experienced Electronics Technician who work with engineering recommend changes in design and manufacturing procedures and to identify the source of the technical problem and suggest solution.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities
- To follow written and/or verbal instructions assemble products to schematics and/or design specifications using a variety of Testing equipment, hand tools including some precision soldering techniques.
- To test, troubleshoot and repair completed products and field returns as required.
- To assemble experimental circuitry or complete prototype model according to design, engineering instructions, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronic systems and components.
- To operate drills, or other machine tools to fabricate parts, such as coils or other electronics section s related parts.
- To enter daily report in to ERP Mold Crab, Flap, Connectors, etc.
- Maintain work areas in a neat and tidy manner in line with HSE standards.
- To conduct pressure testing.
- Soldering and Preparation of External and Internal Electronics.
- Winding of Coils, Preparation of Tool Accessories.
- Testing of soft wares and hardware.
- Molding using MS1000.
- Pressure test of External Electronics and Containers.
