- Source and procure materials required for interior fit out and joinery projects
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure project deadlines are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, and site teams regarding material requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials
- Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and quality standards
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase documentation
- Identify cost saving opportunities and alternative suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in procurement for interior fit out, joinery, or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of fit out materials, finishes, furniture, hardware, and MEP related items
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP procurement systems
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Overview
