- Source and procure materials, finishes, fixtures, and equipment for interior fit out projects
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings
- Prepare purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with the project, estimation, and procurement teams to meet project requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of required materials
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, and discrepancies
- Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Stay updated on market trends, material availability, and pricing
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Buyer in an interior fit out company
- Strong knowledge of interior fit out materials, suppliers, and procurement processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ERP/procurement systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
- UAE experience in interior fit out is preferred
- Strong network of local suppliers and subcontractors is preferred
- Immediate joiners will be preferred

Role Overview
