- Source materials, products, and services required for fit out projects
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from approved suppliers and subcontractors
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost saving opportunities
- Compare supplier offers based on price, quality, delivery, and payment terms
- Negotiate prices, discounts, and commercial terms with suppliers
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with approved requisitions
- Ensure procurement activities align with project budgets and timelines
- Monitor order status and expedite deliveries when required
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding production schedules and shipment updates
- Resolve supply related issues and shortages
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–7 years of procurement/buying experience in interior fit out, construction, joinery, or MEP projects
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of fit out materials, joinery, furniture, finishes, lighting, and MEP items
- Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
- Commercial awareness and cost control mindset
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
