About the Role

- Manage delay notices, delay analysis, EOT submissions, and recovery plans
- Monitor delays caused by Main Contractor and nominated subcontractors
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and planning dashboards
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- 10+ years’ experience in planning/project controls
- Strong background in luxury high rise interior fit out projects
- Experience in claims, EOT, and contractual planning matters
- Proficient in Primavera P6
- GCC/UAE experience preferred
