Responsibilities
- Participate in HRMS implementation and deployment projects
- Gather and document HR business requirements
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders during implementation
- Configure HRMS modules based on organizational requirements
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution
- Assist in data collection, validation, migration, and system setup
- Conduct user training and provide post implementation support
- Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements
- Prepare project documentation, user manuals, and training materials
- Support integration of HRMS with ERP and other business applications
- Generate reports and dashboards as required by management
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and data security standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HRMS implementation, or HR technology projects
- Strong understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, and employee lifecycle management
- Knowledge of HRMS implementation methodologies and best practices
- Working knowledge of ERP software
- Experience in system testing, data migration, and user training
- Good analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

- AED4,000.00 AED6,000.00 per hour
