Role Overview
Lead planning, sourcing, negotiation, and procurement for interior fit-out and turnkey interior projects.
Ensure timely procurement, cost optimization, quality compliance, and vendor management against project schedules and budgets.
Procurement and Vendor Management
- Develop project-wise procurement plans aligned with project schedules and bills of quantities.
- Procure carpentry and joinery items, gypsum boards, partitions, ceilings, flooring, paints, finishes, lighting, and furniture.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Negotiate prices, credit terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and service support.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve delays, quality non-conformances, and other vendor issues.
Cost and Documentation Control
- Keep procurement within approved project budgets and target costs.
- Obtain multiple quotations, prepare comparative statements, support value engineering, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and work orders aligned with bills of quantities, drawings, specifications, and approvals.
- Maintain quotations, comparative statements, orders, delivery challans, goods receipt notes, and tax invoices.
