Job Purpose
Plan, coordinate, supervise, and execute mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at construction and commercial interior fit-out project sites.
Ensure installations meet approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, project timelines, and client requirements.
Department and Location
- The role belongs to the Projects or Engineering department and reports to the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.
- The stated work setting is a project site or office, with day-to-day MEP activities supervised at the project site.
Project Execution and Coordination
- Plan and supervise daily MEP activities and coordinate sequencing with other trades.
- Resolve site constraints and technical issues with the Project Manager and consultants.
- Coordinate with civil, interior, architectural, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, and ELV teams.
Electrical and HVAC Works
- Supervise electrical installations including distribution boards, cabling, lighting, power points, earthing, routing, termination, testing, and commissioning.
