Role Overview
The Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out oversees daily site operations and coordinates site execution.
The role coordinates subcontractors, ensures compliance with design specifications and schedules, and maintains site safety and quality standards.
Project Supervision
- Supervise interior fit-out activities involving partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP installations, joinery, painting, and finishes.
- Monitor daily progress and compliance with approved drawings and design specifications.
Coordination and Quality
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Provide instructions and support to workers to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets required standards.
- Report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly.
Scheduling and Reporting
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain site records including logs, instructions, inspection requests, and material receipts.
