Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing commercial interior fit-out projects from inception to handover.
The role manages timelines, budgets, resources, subcontractors, vendors and workmanship quality in line with client expectations and company standards.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is located in Mumbai.
- Work location is in person.
Project Planning and Coordination
- Review project scope, BOQ, drawings and specifications.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans and procurement timelines.
- Coordinate clients, architects, consultants and internal teams for approvals and alignment.
- Organize kickoff and regular review meetings.
Site Execution and Supervision
- Monitor daily site activities and progress against schedule.
- Supervise site engineers, contractors and vendors.
- Enforce design, quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve site issues proactively.
