Role Overview
Alba Cars is hiring a confident, friendly, and highly organised Purchase Coordinator.
The role supports vehicle owners selling their cars to the showroom and coordinates the administrative transaction process.
The position involves customer interaction, document management, bank coordination, and purchase case administration.
Customer Experience and Purchase Support
- Meet and greet customers visiting the showroom to sell their vehicles.
- Deliver a welcoming, professional, and helpful customer experience.
- Guide customers through documentation and the next steps required to complete their sale.
- Follow up after completion and support the collection of positive reviews.
Documentation and Transaction Coordination
- Organise Power of Attorney documents, bank loan clearances, and vehicle transfers.
- Collect, review, and verify customer and vehicle documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, banks, and internal departments to progress transactions.
- Follow up on outstanding documents, approvals, and requirements to avoid delays.
- Complete each purchase case accurately and efficiently.
