- Develop and execute public sector engagement strategies aligned with organizational priorities
- Lead advocacy initiatives by translating business needs into policy recommendations and actionable government engagement plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulators, and public sector partners
- Represent the organization in government forums, consultations, and stakeholder meetings
- Monitor policy, regulatory, and legislative developments and assess their impact on the business community
- Drive the resolution of regulatory and licensing related challenges affecting stakeholders
- Identify and promote government programs, incentives, and initiatives that support private sector growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on advocacy priorities and stakeholder engagement activities
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on government relations and policy matters
- Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements
- Master's degree in public policy, Government Affairs, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 9 years of experience in government relations, public sector engagement, stakeholder management, or regulatory affairs
