The Role

  • As an Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing customers.
  • You will own the customer experience, execute account strategies, and identify opportunities to expand solutions and services that deliver real business value.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and build trusted relationships.
  • Own the end‑to‑end customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend relevant SoftwareOne solutions.
  • Drive renewals, upsell, cross‑sell, and new opportunity identification within existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Track, forecast, and manage account performance, KPIs, and financials using CRM tools.

Job Requirements

  • Experience selling both licensing and service solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technology or services environment.
  • Strong relationship‑building and customer‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness with basic financial and forecasting understanding.
  • Comfortable using CRM and digital sales platforms.
