Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new workplace opportunities within existing accounts, focused on measurable business value.
  • Engage senior executives and senior stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives and build trusted executive relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and architecture teams to assess client needs, scope solutions, and define commercial approaches.
  • Position Microsoft, AI, and collaboration solutions by translating technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.
  • Support proposals, workshops, presentations, strategic account planning, cross sell, and account expansion across the sales lifecycle.

What We Need to See From You

  • Experience in technical sales, presales, or solution consulting for workplace, Microsoft, or AI powered services.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technology into business value.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft technologies, workplace trends, and modern collaboration solutions.
  • Experience defining, sizing, and commercializing customer solutions with sales, delivery, and architecture teams.
  • Ability to contribute to proposals, workshops, presentations, strategic account planning, and clear stakeholder communication.
