Responsibilities
- Lead Active Directory and Exchange modernization initiatives, including upgrade and migration of legacy Microsoft platforms in complex enterprise environments
- Design, implement, and migrate hybrid Microsoft infrastructure solutions, including Microsoft 365, identity, messaging, and multi datacenter platforms
- Architect and optimize high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Microsoft identity, messaging, authentication, and security technologies
- Collaborate with customers, project teams, Microsoft, and third party vendors to ensure successful project delivery
- Drive security hardening, performance optimization, governance, and risk management activities across enterprise environments
- Develop PowerShell automation, support migration and operational activities, and maintain architecture, migration, and operational documentation
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading Active Directory and Exchange modernization programs in enterprise environments supporting 100,000+ users
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and migrating hybrid Microsoft infrastructures including Microsoft 365, multi datacenter environments, high availability solutions, and disaster recovery architectures
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, Exchange Server, and modern identity and authentication technologies (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)
- Experience integrating Microsoft platforms with enterprise technologies such as F5, Infoblox, SailPoint, secure email gateways, backup, and DLP solutions
- Proven technical leader and consultant with expertise in infrastructure modernization, security hardening, performance optimization, capacity planning, risk management, and technical governance
- Advanced PowerShell automation skills and experience producing enterprise grade documentation including HLDs, LLDs, migration runbooks, test plans, and as built documentation
- Fluent/professional English written and verbal; Arabic is a plus

Practical Information
- Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Reports to: Pre Sales Manager
- Contract type: Full time, 12 month fixed term contract
- Visa Requirements: Valid Visa for KSA
- Language Requirements: Fluent/professional English written and verbal, Arabic would be a plus
Key Responsibilities

- Microsoft Exchange Certifications (including legacy certifications supported by current Exchange SE expertise)
