About the Role
Yokogawa is hiring a Public Relations Officer Trainee in Abu Dhabi to handle visa processing, government liaison, and document management. The role involves CICPA oil pass issuance, employment visas, medical checkups, and trade license renewals.

Responsibilities
- CICPA oil pass issuance – Regular Daily work
- Submit, follow up and collect all new employment and business visas to ensure timely processing
- Arrange medical checkup, new RP, RP renewals and Emirate ID and keep original visa at airport for new staff and renewal for existing staff
- Represent the company at government authorities such as Immigration/MOHRE/Traffic Department/Embassies/Civil defense
- Arrange visit, mission and business visas for employees and obtain visas from other Embassies in UAE for staff business travel
- Arrange record and track for visa issuance and expiration date with renewal on time
- Arrange local visit visas for affiliates and customers’ staff
- Arrange Residence permit & multiple visas for expatriate staff as well as family visa formalities
- Renew, update and maintain trade licenses and other government certificates of all company’s legal entities in the UAE
- Renew and maintain all company’s leases in the UAE before expiry, including offices and company apartments
- Assist departments in resolving issues related to company vehicle registration and renewals
- Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required
Requirements
- University Degree
- Having good relationship and communications with government and embassies; experienced in visa and other transactions, knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE Labor Law
- Speaking Arabic & English (written/verbal); having strong communication and negotiation skills
- Having UAE valid Driving License
- Able to work under pressure to demanding time pressures and to meet deadlines
