Responsibilities
- Act as a Permit Coordinator in the verification of PTW’s and Risk Assessment
- Act as an Isolating Authority to ensure all isolations are designed, implemented and removed
- Act as a focal in managing the PTW Visual Management Dashboard
- Act as an Operating Authority Representative to verify work is carried out safely
- Participate in Daily Permit To Work Meetings, review hazards and controls
- Support platform in transferring paper PTWs, Risk Assessments and Long Term Isolations to new electronic system (eVision)
- Provide visible leadership to personnel to ensure safety targets are met
- Promote NOC core values and cost consciousness
- Drive an incident free environment
- Actively participate in health and safety campaigns
- Ensure compliance with Operating Procedures and Guidelines
Requirements
- Higher secondary school education plus three year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years offshore level on field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Required authorisations: FTW, H2S and T BOSIET

Job Description
- Act as a Permit Coordinator in the verification of PTW’s and Risk Assessment.

Profile
- Minimum of a higher secondary school education plus a three year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).
- A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years offshore level on field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.
- Fluent in English with both written and verbal communication.
- Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Good level of computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Required authorisations: FTW, H2S and T BOSIET.
