A leading construction and contracting company in Jeddah seeks a Proposal Engineer to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals, tender submissions, and bid documents for infrastructure and construction projects.

- Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and ITBs
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate scope of work
- Liaise with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to compile proposal inputs
- Develop BOQs, cost estimates, and method statements
- Ensure timely submission of high quality bids and proposals
- Maintain a database of pre qualification documents, company profiles, and past project references
- Support business development activities and client presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 3–6 years of experience in proposals, tendering, or estimation within the construction/contracting industry
- Strong understanding of project costing and contract terms
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jeddah, KSA

Role Overview
- As a Proposal Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing competitive and technically sound proposals, tender submissions, and bid documents that support our business development efforts across infrastructure and construction projects.
