About the Role

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Proposals Manager on large scale tender submissions
- Prepare techno commercial proposals from RFP stage through to submission
- Study RFPs in detail and prepare proposals
- Undertake tender administrative tasks for effective submissions
- Support resolution of technical or commercial issues in bid management
- Maintain Library and Tools (Templates, Certificates, Manuals, Datasheets) in central database
- Ensure timely delivery of tender submissions
- Evaluate subcontractors’ proposals for compliance
- Follow departmental policies and HSE procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of client data and commercial aspects
Requirements
- Engineering degree (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or any Engineering courses)
- 5+ years of experience in Tendering works for projects (Bids and Proposals)
- Experience in FM and/or Energy Management is an advantage
- Technical knowledge in MEP/LV/ELV systems
- Strong Reading, Writing, Typing skills
- Well versed on MS Office, Visio and other digital tools
- Excellent communication skills in English

Job Purpose
- Active involvement in Business Development activities and tendering works from Request to Proposal (RFP) to submission stage, preparation of techno commercial proposals.
Key Accountabilities
- Working closely with the Proposals Manager on large scale tender submissions.
- Proactive attitude towards effective Proposal preparation works from RFP stage through to successful submissions.
- Clear understanding of Submission requirements; ensure timelines are met.
- Study RFPs in detail, capable of preparing proposals.
- Undertake relevant tender administrative tasks.
- Support on resolution of technical or commercial issues.
- Maintain the Library and Tools in Enova central database.
- Ensure timeline of tender submission is respected.
- Evaluate subcontractors’ proposals.
- Follow departmental policies and HSE procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of client data.
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills
- Engineering degree (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or any Engineering courses).
- 5+ years of experience in Tendering works for projects (Bids and Proposals).
- Experience in FM and/or Energy Management is an advantage.
- Experience in proposal writing of energy optimization and facility management solutions is preferred.
- Strong Reading, Writing, Typing skills.
- Well versed on MS Office, Visio and other digital tools.
- Technical knowledge in MEP/LV/ELV systems.
- Team working skills, planning and organizing skills, stress management skills, task prioritizing skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
