- Analyze procurement needs and develop purchasing plans
- Control tender cycle and documentation ensuring compliance
- Prepare and organize RFPs and quotations, analyze supplier offers
- Source new potential suppliers
- Assist in tendering process and raising purchase orders
- Shortlist preferred suppliers based on quality, price, and terms
- Coordinate site visits and obtain proposals within timelines
- Assist in negotiations to achieve cost savings
- Prepare monthly reports on savings and achievements
- Liaise with internal departments to identify procurement needs
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable for timely invoice payment
- Update approved suppliers list regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical
- 1 3 years of procurement (sourcing) experience
- Sound knowledge of MEP services & materials procurement in the UAE
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently

Job Summary
- Responsible for procuring materials, services, annual maintenance contracts, supplies, and equipment for Enova's operations within the assigned country.
- Ensures timely and cost effective sourcing of quality goods and services, prepares contract documentation, and coordinates with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze procurement needs and develop comprehensive purchasing plans.
- Control tender cycle and documentation ensuring compliance with standards.
- Prepare and organize RFPs and quotations, analyze supplier offers.
- Source new potential suppliers.
- Execute tendering process and raise purchase orders.
- Shortlist preferred suppliers based on quality, price, specifications, and terms.
- Obtain requirements from site, clarify technicalities, coordinate site visits.
- Assist in negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare monthly reports on savings and achievements.
- Monitor market practices and price benchmarking.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
- Liaise with Legal and Compliance for contract review.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical.
Minimum Experience
- 1 3 Years in Procurement (Sourcing) experience.
Job Specific Skills
- Sound knowledge of MEP services & materials procurement in the UAE.
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor on MEP projects is an added advantage.
- Presentable with professional appearance.
- Eager to adapt, learn, and grow.
- Proactive approach with ability to take initiative.
- Strong team player with collaboration skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.
