As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing clients with expert advice and assistance in buying, selling, or renting properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, values, and investment opportunities in Qatar.
  • Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, and other business development strategies.
  • Prepare and present property listings, including detailed descriptions, pricing, and features.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide clients with expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market, including regulations and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
