Work Location
- The role is based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or requires relocation to Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and overall performance of one or more residential communities, including leasing, resident relations, and service delivery.
- Manage move-in and move-out processes while minimizing void periods.
- Address resident requests, complaints, and escalations to maintain resident satisfaction.
- Conduct inspections of units, common areas, and amenities to uphold brand standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for responsive service delivery.
- Monitor occupancy, rental rates, and leasing pipeline performance.
- Support and oversee the leasing team in converting enquiries to signed leases.
- Track competitors and local market conditions to inform pricing and positioning.
- Manage property budgets, expenses, and financial and operational reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, lease terms, and local housing regulations.
- Collaborate with senior management on operational improvements and strategic initiatives.
