The Leasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
The role oversees all leasing activities for assigned residential properties and manages the full leasing cycle.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries, conduct property tours, explain lease terms, and guide prospective residents through applications and move-in.
- Maintain lease documentation, monitor occupancy and rental rates, and coordinate unit readiness with property management.
- Track market trends, support leasing strategies, and implement resident retention initiatives.
- Report on leasing performance and collaborate with operations and marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of leases and lease administration is required.
- Experience in property management and resident retention is required.
- Ability to research markets and analyze local rental trends is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills are required.
- Proficiency with property management software, CRM software, and basic Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Relevant residential leasing or real estate experience is required; multifamily or Build-to-Rent experience is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred, with equivalent practical experience considered.
