Role Overview
STAY is hiring a hands-on Marketing Operations Coordinator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This is an execution-focused full-time role involving digital campaigns, content creation, agency coordination, and property branding.
The role includes visiting residential properties to verify that branding has been installed correctly.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with advertising, printing, branding, and production agencies.
- Manage the production and installation of building branding and signage across STAY properties.
- Conduct site visits to verify branding materials meet STAY standards.
- Support marketing materials and social media content creation directly or through agencies.
- Set up and manage Instagram, Meta Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, payment methods, targeting, and setup.
- Create and manage carousel, image, and video ad formats.
- Use AI tools to create, edit, and develop marketing content and videos.
- Coordinate with AI and video production companies and other creative partners.
- Follow up with suppliers and agencies from briefing through final delivery.
- Monitor active campaigns and prepare simple performance reports.
- Work with the Marketing Manager and management team on final creative approvals.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, or a related role.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
- Comfort using AI tools for content creation and marketing.
- Basic design skills and a strong visual sense.
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple agencies, suppliers, campaigns, and deadlines.
- Comfort with field visits to STAY properties in Riyadh.
- A proactive approach and ability to follow through on deliverables.
