Responsibilities
- Acquire new landlords and property owners to expand the managed portfolio.
- Build an acquisition pipeline and negotiate management and leasing agreements.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and developers.
- Represent STAY in meetings, RFPs, and industry events.
- Benchmark markets and conduct field visits to monitor competitors and pricing.
- Lead the leasing team, set targets, monitor performance, and support closing.
- Oversee leasing operations to maintain occupancy and competitive rates.
- Coach the team through objections and complex negotiations.
- Report monthly on units signed, pipeline, occupancy, revenue, and retention.
- Provide quarterly market insights and recommendations to the CEO.
- Deliver annual growth targets, market entry strategy, and scaling plans.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in real estate development, leasing, asset management, or business development.
- Institutional, build-to-rent, or multifamily experience is highly valued.
- Record of closing at least 30 units per year and handling complex negotiations.
- Experience building and leading a leasing or business development team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and property management platforms.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with dashboards and sales analytics.
- Ability to work on-site in Riyadh or relocate.
