About the Role
A prestigious luxury real estate group in Dubai seeks an experienced Villa Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an ultra-luxury private residence. Responsibilities include managing household staff, maintenance, security, housekeeping, budgets, and events.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete operation and management of the luxury villa
- Manage and supervise household staff including housekeeping, drivers, chefs, gardeners, and maintenance personnel
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across the property
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovations, and vendor relationships
- Manage household budgets, inventories, procurement, and expense reporting
- Organize events, guest visits, and special occasions within the residence
- Liaise with family office representatives, property management teams, and external service providers
- Ensure security, privacy, and confidentiality of residents and guests
- Implement and maintain SOPs for efficient household operations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing luxury villas, private residences, family offices, luxury hospitality properties, or UHNW households
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience handling multiple service providers and household teams
- Excellent organizational, budgeting, and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience in Dubai/GCC luxury residences is highly preferred
- Hospitality background from luxury hotels or private estates is an added advantage
