Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete operation and management of the luxury villa.
- Manage and supervise household staff, including housekeeping, drivers, chefs, gardeners, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across the property.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovations, and vendor relationships.
- Manage household budgets, inventories, procurement, and expense reporting.
- Organize events, guest visits, and special occasions within the residence.
- Liaise with family office representatives, property management teams, and external service providers.
- Ensure security, privacy, and confidentiality of residents and guests.
- Implement and maintain SOPs for efficient household operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing luxury villas, private residences, family offices, luxury hospitality properties, or UHNW households.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational, budgeting, and problem solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in Dubai/GCC luxury residences is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring impeccable standards of hospitality, maintenance, security, housekeeping, and staff management while delivering a world class living experience for the principals and their guests.
