- Plan, prepare, and present high quality daily meals for family members and guests.
- Create diverse menus covering international, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Asian, and healthy cuisine options.
- Accommodate dietary preferences, nutritional requirements, and special requests.
- Source premium ingredients and manage kitchen inventory and procurement.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Prepare meals for private gatherings, events, and VIP guests when required.
- Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
- Ensure consistent quality, creativity, and presentation across all meals.
Requirements
- Professional culinary qualification from a recognized institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Private Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Head Chef in luxury villas, private households, five star hotels, luxury resorts, or fine dining establishments
- Expertise in multiple international cuisines
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, special diets, and healthy meal preparation
- Excellent organizational and kitchen management skills
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism
- Prior experience serving UHNW families, VIPs, or private residences is highly preferred
- Experience in the UAE/GCC region will be an advantage
