About the Role
Sky Blue Group is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage a property portfolio in Dubai, ensuring high occupancy, smooth operations, and excellent tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of all assigned properties.
- Handle tenant relationships: inquiries, complaints, renewals, and move in/move out procedures.
- Oversee leasing activities, including advertising vacancies and coordinating viewings.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair works with vendors and internal teams.
- Monitor property condition and ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipal regulations.
- Prepare and track property budgets, rent collection, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records: contracts, payments, service requests, and reports for management.
- Recommend improvements to enhance property value, occupancy, and tenant experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role in UAE (real estate/property management)
- Strong knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws and RERA regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with property management/real estate software is an advantage
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
