About the Role

- Lead and oversee quality assurance and quality control of day to day property management services
- Manage transitions of building into multi let asset
- Oversee OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, financial forecasts, and P&L
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to clients
- Prepare governance documents, property operations plan, guidelines, and regulations
- Lead team and consult with clients, tenants, and contractors
- Ensure TFM service providers adhere to KPI and SLA requirements
- Maintain property management systems (CRM/BMS/CAFM/BIM)
- Liaise with clients on changes to local law and legislation
- Facilitate property and asset management services including HSE, leases, tenant database, and security
Requirements
- Graduate degree or relevant accreditation
- Operationally astute and proficient
- Transitions management experience
- Experience working directly for a Landlord or Client
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent English verbal and written
- Excellent telecommunication and customer service skills
- Experience using property management CRM systems
- Man management / People management experience

Role Overview
- Report directly to Senior Director Head of Building Management (PAMS)
- Represent the onsite PM team
- Lead and oversee quality assurance and quality control of property management services
- Manage transitions of building into multi let asset
Key Responsibilities
